Asiana Oasis - AMENITIES

The true measure of a good condominium complex is if the residents will be completely happy living there even if they do not step out of the main gate. In that regard, the Asiana Oasis passes with flying colors. The condominium complex, aside from providing spacious living spaces, also gives residents all of the additional creature comforts that they might need.

The staple feature of most high-end condominiums are swimming pools that are exclusively for condo residents. However, Asiana Oasis took this a step further. There is a huge adult  swimming pool where you can take a dip during the hot and humid summer days, or just swim a couple of laps to improve your cardio.  Connected to the adult pool is a smaller, wading/kiddie pool where you can teach your children how to swim, or just hang out with them and play.

Speaking of working on your health, you do not need to spend money on a fancy gym membership because there is a fully-stocked one already in the Asiana Oasis complex. Aside from having all of the fitness equipment that you will ever need, the gym also employs several different trainers who will be more than happy to guide you through your workout routine. Regardless of what kind of fitness regimen you follow, you will feel right at home in this gym.

If you want to hold an event, like a party or just a small get-together with your friends and family, the Asiana Oasis has its own activity pavilion that you can rent. The pavilion actually has more than enough room for big crowds, so you do not have to worry about running out of space for your guests. The complex also has a clubhouse that you can rent if you want a more intimate setting for your event.

Another great thing that you can find in Asiana Oasis that you would not find in most other condominiums in the metro is its own small bar and restaurant. When you get home late in the afternoon, and you are all tired and stressed from work, you can just head on over to the bar, grab a drink or two to get your mind at ease. The great thing about having a bar within walking distance of your home is you do not run the risk of drinking and driving.

If you have young kids, you can take them down to the outdoor play area where they can run around and play with the other kids living in the condominium. If you want, you can also pack a bit of food, hang out in the outdoor activity area, and have a picnic with your family.

If there is one thing that you might miss in the Asiana Oasis, it could be that there is no convenience store inside the complex but rest assured that there are actually quite a lot of stores within the gates of Multinational Village. You can also find several cafes and small dining establishments within walking distance of the main gate of the condominium complex.
