Asiana Oasis - LOCATION

As mentioned earlier, the Asiana Oasis is located in the heart of Paranaque City, which is a bustling metropolis in its own right. However, the condominium complex is still located in a rather discreet location that is some distance away from the nearest main highway, so none of the noises that usually come with a busy city will reach your prospective new home. However, just because the Asiana Oasis is tucked rather deep inside a secluded portion of the metro, it does not mean that accessing modern facilities can be quite a hassle. In fact, it is quite the opposite.

The first thing that new homeowners inquire about when purchasing a new home is the location of the nearest medical centers and hospitals. The biggest hospital that is just minutes away from Multinational Village is the Paranaque Doctor’s Hospital, located in the nearby Better Living Subdivision. This hospital is fully equipped and staffed with professional physicians that are on call 24-hours a day. If you are just looking for small family clinics for regular check-ups and other medical needs, there are plenty of medical centers within a kilometer of the Asiana Oasis’ front gate.

If you don’t own a car, or you are in the middle of the process of getting one, you will be happy to learn that there is a 24-hour public transportation that plies through the nearby areas. So even if you have to come home late at night, or if you have to leave to catch an early flight, you can be sure to find at least one mode of public transportation that can take you wherever you want to go. Speaking of flights, when you live in Asiana Oasis, you are just minutes away from the NAIA Terminal I and II, which caters to international airlines, and a bit further, you will find Terminal III, which mostly handles domestic flights.

If you have school-age children, you can find quite a lot of schools that can surely provide them with quality education. Whether you are looking for a public or private school, you can find it within a couple of minutes of the Asiana Oasis. On the other hand, universities and colleges will be quite tricky. There are some small institutes that you can enroll your college-aged children at. However, if you are looking for larger universities, the nearest will be La Salle University in Taft Avenue in Manila. If your kids can handle it, they can hop on the bus and take a 30-minute bus ride to the heart of Manila and into the University Belt where most of the top universities in the country reside.

If you have a slight addiction to shopping, you will not be experiencing any withdrawal symptoms because there are plenty of shopping destinations near the Asiana Oasis. If you are a frequent jetsetter, or if you or someone you know came from overseas, you can head on over to the Duty Free Fiesta Mall where you can peruse from aisles lined with imported goods from all over the world. If you are looking for just casual shopping, you can head on over to SM Sucat, which is less than fifteen minutes away from the gate of Multinational Village. On the other hand, if you are looking for the real high-end stuff, and also hankering for some quality entertainment, you can take a short drive towards either Resorts World Manila, just across the domestic airport, or to the City of Dreams, which is along Roxas Boulevard.
