Only a few condominium buildings nowadays provide spacious living spaces. Most of them only offer cramped studio units that can only accommodate one person. The selling point about Asiana Oasis is its location. The condominium is built inside the exclusive Multinational Village, which, in turn, is located in a rather secluded area in the city. However, it is still within a couple of minutes away from the CBD of Paranaque, and within half an hour’s drive from Manila and Makati, which means your commute to and from work will not be that difficult. You can either choose to drive your own car, and you will only be looking at around half an hour’s drive to Makati or Manila, or you can take public transportation, which will take you quite the same amount of time.
As mentioned earlier, the Asiana Oasis is currently pre-selling units, which some people are not really a big fan of but you should take into consideration that this is a Filinvest project, so you can be sure about construction quality and aesthetics.
